Before You Submit
Please send a clear proposal. Include the goal of the project, how NeuroCatch would be involved, who the audience is, the timeline, the people involved, and where the final content will appear.
When possible, submit requests at least one month before the requested use date.
Approval Requirements
All third-party materials must be reviewed by NeuroCatch before publication or distribution.
Written approval is required before anything is released.
Requests involving staff, clients, patients, images, video, or health-related content must include consent and privacy plans.
Approvals and timelines are handled case by case.
